ResearchNB is proud to announce four (4) projects funded through this year’s Research Related Support Fund with awards totaling close to $100,000. The Research Related Support Fund is intended to assist in the design, development, presentation and execution of research by funding, in whole or in part, research-related expenses.

New Brunswick researchers and research professionals who are seeking funding for equipment and research support activities are encouraged to apply to our Equipment Fund, which is now open for applications on our Application Portal. The purpose of this program is to support the purchase of critical equipment and/or infrastructure necessary to support applied research in the province of New Brunswick. The Equipment Fund aims to build capacity at NB research institutions, supporting purchases necessary to build research programs and address province-wide needs for key instrumentation or infrastructure.
